February 17, 2026 — ELEKS, a global software development company, today announces a strategic partnership with agricultural standards certification consultancy I.P.Cert and the public organisations development fund Western Ukrainian Resource Center (WURC) to accelerate the adoption of sustainable practices among agricultural producers and align Ukrainian agribusiness with the EU sustainability agenda.
The partners will collaborate to implement the PATH2CC project in Ukraine, with plans to expand into Moldova and Azerbaijan. PATH2CC enables small-scale farms to access the carbon credit market by offering tailored methodologies, training, and peer-to-peer support.
ELEKS will contribute its digital services portfolio to support sustainability assessments, data transformation, and the development of new business models for small agricultural producers.
“We see significant potential in this collaboration to help Ukrainian agribusiness become greener, integrate into EU markets, and implement climate-oriented solutions that unlock value through carbon credits. By combining our expertise, we support Ukraine’s recovery, digital transformation of small businesses, and their growth into new markets,” said Dr. Lyubomyr Matsekh, Sustainability Portfolio Lead at ELEKS.
I.P.Cert will act as a strategic and methodological partner, guiding environmental and climate impact assessment, Scope 3-ready carbon framework development, and establishing regional implementation hubs to work directly with farmers. The organisation brings deep technical expertise in carbon data verification, QA/QC, standards compliance and audit-ready methodologies aligned with EU sustainability and reporting requirements.
“Through PATH2CC, we aim to make carbon markets accessible, credible, and practical for small agricultural producers. I.P.Cert contributes methodological and verification carbon farming expertise in environmental and climate impact assessment, carbon accounting, and QA/QC frameworks —ensuring that farmers can reliably measure, validate, and integrate their carbon performance into recognised sustainability and market mechanisms. Partnering with ELEKS and WURC allows us to combine digital solutions, certification expertise, and on-the-ground implementation to help producers align with EU sustainability requirements and unlock new market opportunities,” commented Oksana Prosolenko, CEO & Founder of I.P.Cert.
WURC will work directly with local farmers and producer communities, offering scientific and methodological support, raising awareness of the PATH2CC project, and guiding them through the benefits of net-zero initiatives.
“With over 30 years of experience working closely with local communities, WURC brings deep regional ties and a proven track record of successful community-based projects to PATH2CC. By combining our on-the-ground expertise with the technical and digital capabilities of ELEKS and I.P.Cert, we help farmers understand, adopt, and benefit from net-zero initiatives and carbon credit mechanisms in a practical and accessible way,” added Vasyl Polujko, Executive Director at WURC.
The partners are confident that this collaboration will drive meaningful impact and ensure the successful implementation of PATH2CC across the region.
