The deadline for submitting documents for inclusion in the List of Exporters and Storage Facilities authorized to export to China is approaching.
Please note: It is crucial that the legal entity details provided in the inclusion application fully correspond to the registration data in accordance with the Ministry of Agrarian Policy Order No. 1640 dated May 27, 2025, which establishes a new registration procedure for business entities.
Business entities planning to export the listed crops should submit the application and supporting documents to the email address: info@dpss.gov.ua.

Remember: Any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the submitted data may result in denial of a phytosanitary certificate or significant complications in the export procedure.
