Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines the procedure for obtaining, processing, storing and protecting personal data that Users provide to I.P.CERT LLC when using this Site.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please stop using the Site immediately.

The term “personal data” (according to the definition in the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-XII dated 01/06/2010) means any information or set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified.

I.P.CERT LLC pays due attention to the confidentiality and inviolability of the information transmitted, and at the appropriate level ensures all the necessary protection and use of personal data received from you directly or through third parties authorized by you in electronic form or on physical carriers.

The nature of the information collected by I.P.CERT LLC depends on the confidentiality conditions that you set, so please review the relevant Regulation.

We collect only those personal data that you inform us of your own free will, directly or through third parties authorized by you, in order to provide you or persons related to you by civil law relations with information about I.P.CERT LLC and/or services or to make a decision on cooperation and conclusion of contracts.

In particular, such personal data may include:

  • contact information (for example, name/surname, telephone numbers, postal and/or e-mail address and other contact data provided by you);
  • business information about the client (potential client) – postal and/or e-mail address, position in the company and other personal data about the person making the request, as well as information contained in the request itself;
  • registration information – your requests for newsletters/publications, registration for events/seminars organized by I.P.CERT LLC;
  • information about candidates – personal data of persons who send their CV through the Site;
  • social network profile information that you have provided to these resources while interacting with I.P.CERT LLC through various social networking media.


In addition to the information indicated above, following information obtained during the use of the Site may be collected as well:

  • Cookies files;
  • User’s IP address;
  • the User’s behaviour on the Site;
  • The information that you provide on the Site, or that may be collected in the process of using the Site, is protected by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

2. Purpose of personal data processing

We do not use your personal data for any other purposes, except when we receive your permission to use them for other purposes, or when such use is required or permitted by law or professional standards.

According to the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine and in the presence of appropriate grounds, the following purposes of personal data processing are allowed:

  • response to your request (execution of the contract): processing of your personal data is necessary for us to fulfil our obligations under the contract to provide you with legal and other services;
  • fulfilment of the obligation established by law: processing of your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling our obligation established by law, for example for taxation purposes or providing information to a particular state or law enforcement agency, as well as to comply with the requirements of legislation and orders of regulatory bodies;
  • presence of legitimate interests: processing of your personal data, when it is within the scope of our legitimate interests when conducting a legitimate activity, and is necessary for its further implementation, provided that such processing of information does not violate your interests, including for the implementation of marketing activities and analysis of its results, or fulfilment of our obligations in the field of corporate and social responsibility;
  • other goals: in some cases, we will ask you for your individual consent to process certain of your personal data, while such processing will be carried out only on the condition of obtaining your written consent.


Information about cookies files, the User’s IP address, the User’s behaviour on the Site is collected to adapt marketing and advertising activities offered on the Site or third-party services, and to control the general and individual activity of Users.

I.P.CERT LLC intends to keep your personal data until you submit a deletion request.

I.P.CERT LLC reserves the right to keep customer information anonymous or aggregated for statistical and scientific use aimed at improving the services provided on the basis of legitimate interest. If a user requests deletion of information, it will be deleted from our archives subject to checking for conditions preventing deletion.

The Seller does not collect or store your payment data. Such information may be collected and stored by the Seller’s partner banks in accordance with their internal rules.

In addition to the above, we may use the information received for the following purposes:

  • monitor the traffic from which you access the site; the type of browser and operating system used to access the site; date and time of your access to the site; the pages you visit and the Internet address of the site from which you accessed our site;
  • recognize repeat visitors (for analytical/statistical purposes):
  • for anonymous tracking of interaction with Internet advertising (to monitor the number of impressions and clicks on advertising banners);
  • customize or personalize your work (for example, greetings on the site by name);
  • prepare and provide third parties (for example, advertisers) with aggregated statistical data.

3. Transfer of personal data

Personal data posted on the site are not provided to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • After obtaining the consent of the User to whom this information belongs.
  • At the justified request of government bodies that have the right to receive such data.
  • To protect and secure the rights of the Seller.
  • To ensure the safety of site users.


I.P.CERT LLC may provide your depersonalized personal data (those that do not allow you to be identified) to third parties, if it is necessary for the purposes of implementing our professional activities, processing your requests, fulfilling contractual obligations.

In all other cases, before transferring information about you to third parties, I.P.CERT LLC undertakes to obtain your consent.

4. User rights

Users shall have all the rights provided by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, including:

  • know the purpose of personal data processing, the sources of their collection and the location of personal data;
  • access your personal data;
  • refuse to process your personal data or prohibit the processing of your personal data;
  • ask to change your personal data;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data;
  • refuse to receive promotional materials.

5. Protection of personal data

I.P.CERT LLC uses modern technologies to ensure the confidentiality of personal data obtained from registration forms left by Users, with the aim of ensuring maximum information protection.

At the same time, considering all the existing threats to information security, it is impossible to give an absolute guarantee of the preservation of personal data, even despite all the efforts that I.P.CERT LLC will make. For our part, we do our best to ensure that only those persons who need it for the performance of official duties have access to your personal data. Persons who have access to personal data are obliged to observe their confidentiality.

6. Use of I.P.CERT LLC Materials

1. General Conditions:

  • Users are granted the right to use the materials posted on the Site of I.P.CERT LLC in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

2. Terms of Use:

  • Users who use materials (e.g. news) must ensure the accuracy and integrity of the text.
  • In the case of using materials on other resources, it is necessary to indicate the source, namely I.P.CERT LLC, and place an active link to the corresponding page of our Site.
  • Relinking shall be performed with an indication, for example, “according to the materials of I.P.CERT LLC”.

3. Copyright Compliance:

  • Use of materials with circumventing attempts to modify, distort or deploy improper links will be considered a violation of copyright.

4. Responsibility:

  • I.P.CERT LLC reserves the right to terminate the granting of rights to use materials to persons or organizations that do not comply with the terms of this policy.

The Site pages may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content and privacy practices of such third-party websites that may be linked to our Site. Such websites may contain their own cookie files on your computer and/or otherwise collect and process personal data.

8. Final provisions

I.P.CERT LLC is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the User or third parties, as well as for lost profits as a result of the Site’s activities.

The terms of this Policy may be changed unilaterally by I.P.CERT LLC. Changes to this Privacy Policy take effect from the moment they are published on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes to this Privacy Policy indicates your acceptance of those changes.
