The State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (SSUFSCP) emphasizes: to comply with the phytosanitary requirements defined by the Protocol between the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine and the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China (GACC), the following lists are currently being formed:
• The list of barley exporters to China;
• The list of storage facilities intended for export.
📤 Business entities planning to export barley to China must submit, by August 14, 2025, supporting documents confirming the completion of phytosanitary procedures — including inspection of barley crops and storage facilities — to the email address: info@dpss.gov.ua

❗ Reminder: according to Article 46 of the Law of Ukraine “On Plant Quarantine”, in cases of non-compliance with the import country’s requirements, the issuance of a phytosanitary certificate or a re-export certificate may be refused.
